Warranty
and Exchange Policy
- Exchange does not apply to Used Headphones
due to Hygienic reasons.
- In case of other accessories, exchange
is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way.
- If the packaging has minor damage or
is opened, product damaged, scratches, marks observed, exchange will not
be applicable.
- Any product purchased within seven
days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational
manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged
after it has been tested by our personnel’s, as applicable. The process
can take up to four business days. Exchange will be done only after the
investigation/technical report.
- Product must be returned with all
the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card.
If failed, exchange will not be applicable.
- Service, delivery and installation
charges are non-refundable once performed.
- Warranty is applicable within the
limits of BAHRAIN only, unless specified.
- Batteries and consumables are not
covered under warranty
- Warranty becomes invalid if the
product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other
service center
