Return is permitted if it is due to damage or the wrong item being delivered provided that the item is in the same condition as received along with its proof of purchase (receipt), original packaging and tags.
The customer is to contact us within 24 hours.
Refund or exchange is permitted.
Once the item is received and return is approved, we will initiate a refund back to the same card used for the transaction.
The credit will be received within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If payment was Cash-on-Delivery (COD), the refund
will be issued back as a voucher or through a bank transfer.
