We will happily refund or exchange in a reasonable time of 7 days from the date of invoice and you are requested to kindly keep original invoice for getting refund or exchange.
You are requested to kindly check both the quality and quantity of products delivered before the delivery person leaves the place. If you find any faulty or damage products, kindly return back to the concern delivery person and immediately contact to our customer care for replacement or refund.
Please preserve all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund/return any items. No exchange or refund will be considered if the product packaging is opened.
Refund will only be affected once the bank has refunded the money. It will be refunded to the respective card. Cash refund will not be made.
Due to hygiene reasons no exchange, return or refund will be offered on cosmetics, perfumes, and personal grooming products.
