You can return a product for up to 2 days from the date of purchase provided that the item is in the same condition as received along with its proof of purchase (receipt), original packaging and tags.
If the return was as a result of the wrong item being delivered, the customer shall notify us immediately upon the receipt of the item to request either a return and re-delivery or refund.
We shall bear all incurred costs.
If the return is due to the item being damaged or defective, the consumer shall notify us within 15 days from the date of delivery. The item will be inspected once received. If return is approved, the customer has the right to either replace, exchange or be refunded without any charge. If subsequent to the inspection return has been denied, the customer shall bear the delivery charges.
If return was due to other reasons, the consumer shall bear the costs of the delivery charges.
Once the item is received and return is approved, we will initiate a refund back to the same card used for the transaction.
The credit will be received within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If payment was Cash-on-Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued back as a voucher or though a bank transfer.
