Customer Returns Procedure:
- Frozen Food, Baby Food, Fresh dairy products and all other Fresh loose/ scalable Products are not to be returned once the customer leaves the premises.
- Items purchased during promotions and/ or special offers cannot be returned, only replaced with other items.
When a customer returns an item, ensure the following below:
- Confirm the product in hand is purchased from Almuntazah.
- Check expiry date and packaging.
- Do not except returns after 7 days of purchase.
- Only accept the item if it’s in a sellable condition (exceptions made for damaged items).
- Accept returns from other branches, however, make sure correct transfer entries are made.
