Fortune Traders WLL is committed to providing total customer satisfaction. Quality will always remain the first and foremost concern of our company. If in any case, a customer is not satisfied with our products, he/she is eligible to exchange or return the items subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.All products should be accompanied with their original sales invoice and original packaging for exchange or refundwithin seven days from the date of purchase.
2.The customer shouldbring the items for exchange or refund to our office in Maameer anytime between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM except Fridays and public holidays.Once the item has been checked by our service team, the customer will be notified on the eligibility status of exchange or refund.This process can take up to seven working days.
3.If the product has been damaged by the customer, or the original packaging is incompleteor tampered in any way, the exchange or refund policy will not be applicable. The product must be returned back to us in a good condition along with all the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, etc.
4.Any product purchased within fifteen days, and returned as dead on arrival, or not functioning as per the operational manual, or falling short of the declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded only after it has been tested by our service team. This process can take up to sevenworking days.
5.We issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be reversed back to the original credit card account).All refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account in a maximum of four weeks. However, in most cases, the refunds will be processed more quickly depending upon the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request.
6.Delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
7.We request the customers to kindly check their purchased items upon receiving.If you believe that your order is received damaged, please send usa photo of the original packaging(including the box the order was shipped in)on mailto:email@example.com we may follow up with the shipper if needed.Fortune Traders W.L.L. is not responsible for any missing items or any kind of physical damage on the items purchased
