Order Return Policy:

• All orders will be delivered within 4 days from the order date
• The item customer want to return should be in its original condition within 3 days.
• The customer should keep the original invoice.
• Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated with Buka Sofa before order pick up. If after the pick up, changes or cancellation are not guranteed.
• No refunds on items under sale or promotion. If defective, it has to be in
• the complete original packaging, with original invoice, within 3 days to be
• exchanged.
