Established in 2004, the Al-Haddad Commercial Center is a subdivision of the Al-Haddad group, the distributor for Mercedes Benz in the Kingdom of Bahrain for over 60 years. It is an extension of the long standing business relationships cultivated with a number of internationally recognised brands such as Fuchs Lubricants, BASF automotive paint and Osram lighting.

Since 2008, we have also expanded our portfolio with the addition of Metabo, a world renowned manufacturer of quality power tools and accessories.

Items are returnable within 7 days of the original date of purchase with the intact packaging along with its proof of purchase (receipt) and a valid reason for its return e.g. wrong product supplied.

Refunds will be issued once the necessary criteria are met and the paid amount will be refunded within 15 days.

In re: to power tools, they are eligible for service under warranty once our technicians have inspected the items at our premises. Warranty will be voided in the event that the customer attempts to repair the machine on their own.
